New era! WINAIR acquires 2 ATR aircraft
SIMPSON BAY, St Maarten – Winward Islands Airways International (WINAIR), which services the region, including the [British] Virgin Islands, has announced the acquisition of two (2) ATR 42-500 series aircraft, one of which will fly to Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island.
American Eagle to still have a presence in the VI
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The American Eagle ATRS will no longer be coming to the Caribbean as American Airlines, which owns American Eagle, has decided to return those aircraft to the lessors , however, the American Eagle brand will continue to have a presence in the Caribbean, including the Virgin Islands.
