ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- It was in January of this year when Virgin Islander Mrs Violet Thomas-Gaul revealed to Virgin Islands News Online that she was embarking on a television talk show that would focus on Virgin Islands History and Culture and at that time she had envisaged that the show would probably run for 6 months; however, she was wrong as the show has not only taken off with speed but Mrs Gaul has even embarked on another show- CBN Today.
More teenagers getting tested for HIV/AIDS- Levons-Clarke
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- There has been an increase in the number of persons, especially teenagers and men, getting tested for HIV in the Virgin Islands, according to National AIDS Programme Coordinator Mrs Noelene Levons-Clarke.
Jamaican artiste Tanya Stephens expected in VI for World AIDS Day
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Persons have been asked to reserve December 1, 2012 as a day to actively participate in the observances of World AIDS Day and to also get a chance to see Jamaican Reggae Artiste Tanya Stephens live in the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium at H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) in Paraquita Bay.
