BALLAST BAY, Tortola, VI- Word reaching our news centre is that Attorney-at-Law and indigenous Virgin Islander Janice A. Stoutt has tendered her resignation as a Member of the Constitutional Review Commission (CRC). She had held the position of Deputy Chair.
