Hon Penn wants clarity on lowering of EPE pass requirement
BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI – Following information coming out of the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS), regarding an announcement that the Ministry of Education had lowered the Exit Proficiency Exams (EPE) pass requirement by 10%, Opposition Leader, Hon Marlon A. Penn (R8) has raised deep concerns over the standard of education in the territory.
