CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI – Tortola resident and Belonger Danny E. Dennevil, 34, was on January 16, 2025, sentenced to 92 days of imprisonment in the US Virgin Islands (USVI), following his plea of guilt to the charge of illegally bringing aliens to the United States.

Shappert announced Friday that Juwon Potter, 25, of Tortola, BVI was sentenced to one-year probation and ordered to pay $2,000 for illegally entering the United States. Potter was tried for destruction of evidence, illegally bringing in an undocumented noncitizen, and illegally entering the United States.
