FREDERIKSTED, St. Croix, USVI- The V.I. Police Department is actively searching for two suspects wanted for first-degree murder: Carlos Ayala, 19, and his uncle, Casey Rivera, 36. Both men are considered armed and dangerous, and authorities are urging the public to come forward with any information on their whereabouts.
