UK navy to conduct disaster relief exercise on Norman Island this weekend
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Two United Kingdom (UK) navy ships, RFA Argus and HMS Medway, will be conducting a Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) exercise on Norman Island on Sunday, August 16 and Monday, August 17, 2020.
UK ship to assist in decreasing drug trade coming from South American Countries
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The RFA Argus, a US aviation training ship sent by the United Kingdom to assist the overseas territories in the event of any natural disasters occurring, will aid the Virgin Islands (VI) in more ways than one. The ship and its crew members will also assist in decreasing and possibly eliminating drug trade coming from South American countries.

GORDA PEAK, Virgin Gorda, VI – The Rotary Club Road Town and Sunrise jointly hosted a forty-member contingent of the crew of the RFA Argus, yesterday, August 20, 2012 when they combined forces in executing a community project at the Gorda Peak National Park in Virgin Gorda.
