Culture Week to celebrate VI history
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI– The Ministry of Education and Culture along with the Department of Culture will observe Culture Week in the Virgin Islands from November 13 to 19 under the theme, “From Whence We Came: Our Virgin Islands History.”
