VI should be “greatly” congratulated for conduct at polls - Rymer
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Veteran radio programme host and social activist Elihu Rymer says he believes the Joint Observer Mission may have learned a lot about the quality, calibre and decency of the people at the recent General Elections in the Virgin Islands and said the Territory needed to be congratulated for its usual conduct at the polls.

Dancia Penn QC says having an overseas team of observers for the upcoming General Elections is a trend in modern, mature democracy and should not be seen as negative nor should political parties seek to score “narrow political points” on it.
