GRAN CANARIA, Canary Islands – Deputy Premier and Minister of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change, Hon Julian Fraser, RA (R3), has described the launch of the Virgin Islands’ Climate Change Trust Fund (VICCTF) as a pivotal moment for the region.

GRAN CANARIA, Canary Islands- The Virgin Islands Climate Change Trust Fund, which was legally established in March 2015 by passage of The Virgin Islands Climate Change Trust Fund Act, will be officially launched at the upcoming Global Sustainable Islands Summit in Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands next week.
