ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Rotary Club of Central Tortola, in partnership with the Samaritan Inn of New Life Baptist Church (NLBC), had the privilege of serving the community on Saturday, January 31, 2026, through the Soups n’ Sandwiches initiative, reaching individuals and families in need from West End to East End.
