STCW returns to HLSCC with enhanced facilities & expanded maritime training offerings
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI- After a strategic pause to rebuild, upgrade, and strengthen its maritime infrastructure, the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) has officially announced the return of the STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) beginning February 2026, following recertification and approval by the United Kingdom’s Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA).
