ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Six months after the shooting death of Jaimez A. J. Stoutt, officers of the Major Crime Team are making an anniversary appeal for information into the whereabouts of the murder suspect.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Police have issued an arrest warrant for Erick Rabsatt, 21, of Pasea Estate, Tortola, who is suspected in the shooting death of US Army war veteran Jaimez A. J. Stoutt on December 11, 2021.
