VI commits to improving legitimate access to registers of beneficial ownership
LONDON, UK- It was in November 2024, that the Overseas Territories (OTs), while at the Joint Ministerial Conference (JMC) in London, were able to secure an agreement with the United Kingdom (UK) to introduce Registers of Beneficial Ownership on a legitimate interest access basis.

BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI- The Junior Minister for Financial Services and Economic Development, Hon Lorna G. Smith, OBE (AL), has said there is, in fact, a need for Overseas Territories (OTs) of the United Kingdom to have more collaboration.
