DR woman says she paid $8K to enter USVI by boat from Tortola

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- A female citizen of the Dominican Republic, who was arrested at the Cyril E. King Airport (CEKA) on St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI) after Customs and Border Protection officers determined she had no legal status to be in the country, reportedly confessed to entering the USVI illegally from Tortola in the Virgin Islands.
