BVIOC & HLSCC launch landmark OECS athletics history publication
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The British Virgin Islands Olympic Committee (BVIOC), in partnership with H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC), has officially unveiled a landmark publication by pioneering sports administrator and historian Reynold S. O’Neal, OBE, titled ‘History of OECS Athletics’.
