Marijuana regulations approved in USVI; UK still blocking VI’s Cannabis Bill
FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI- In a significant step forward for the US Virgin Islands' cannabis programme, Governor Albert A. Bryan Jr has signed off on comprehensive rules and regulations governing the use and distribution of marijuana in the territory. Meanwhile, as the USVI motors forward with its cannabis laws, the United Kingdom (UK) continues to block the [British] Virgin Islands’ Cannabis Bill.
