ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The review of a myriad of complaints against Commissioner of Police Mark Collins, outlined in a petition to the Governor, has been started by Cayman Islands Police Commissioner Kurt Walton.

Rankin, CMG has disclosed that the Police Commissioner of the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, Kurt Walton, is the individual asked to review the myriad of complaints against the Police Commissioner of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), Mark Collins.
