Ghut water forced way into new ESHS & flooded building– Hon de Castro
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – In the aftermath of flooding in the Virgin Islands (VI) as a result of the passage of Tropical Storm Philippe, Subject Minister for Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, Hon Sharie B. de Castro (AL) says while the situation could have been worse, the people of the VI remain grateful for life as works begin to clean affected schools.
