Congress Bill to designate St. Croix a National Heritage Area heads to Biden

FREDERIKSED, St. Croix USVI - A measure sponsored by Delegate to Congress Stacey Plaskett for the designation of St. Croix as a National Heritage Area (NHA), has been included in the National Heritage Area Act, which has been approved in both the House and Senate and is expected to be signed into law by US President Joe Biden.
