ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Governor John J. Rankin CMG has said the Commission of Inquiry (CoI) Report will be shared first in confidence with Premier and Minister of Finance Hon Andrew A. Fahie (R1) and then leaders of political parties in the House of Assembly (HoA) before it is published in June, if not before.
