Police escape injury as man attempts to drive through crime scene

FREDERIKSTED, ST. Croix, USVI — A man who reportedly tried to drive through a crime scene — almost running over several police officers in the process — is now facing felony assault charges before the V.I. Superior Court.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- High Court Judge Richard G. Floyd has tossed out an application that murder accused Royden Sebastien, through his lawyer, brought to the court to be allowed access to the locus in quo (crime scene) and to a key witness of the Crown.
