Commemorative book 'The 1949 March' launches this week
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Director of Culture, Dr Katherine Smith said the Department of Culture will be launching the book, "The 1949 Great March" with a special kind of pride and excitement on the 71st anniversary of the commemorative day.
