VI receives 2000 doses of COVID-19 Vaccine from Dominica
TRELLIS BAY, Beef Island, VI- Through foresight and wisdom, the Government of the Virgin Islands did not 'put their eggs in one basket' but sought alternative means to source COVID-19 vaccines, even though it was promised supplies by the United Kingdom (UK).

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Since the Virgin Islands (VI) came out of Grant-in-Aid in 1978, the Territory has received little or nothing from the United Kingdom (UK). In fact, many have argued that the UK is now a financial liability to the small Overseas Territory (OT), which is why it has become critical for the VI to seek self-determination.
