Female duo caught with $$ & drugs fined, handed suspended sentences
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The West End duo – Caroline Hodge-Clarke and D’Janne Varlark – who were facing drug and possession of proceeds of criminal conduct charges have been sentenced, and the $24,980 seized was ordered forfeited to the state.
