Revised 2022 Public Holidays
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Acting in accordance with Section 5 of the Public Holidays Act (Cap 199), as amended, Cabinet has approved the following public holidays for 2022.

DUFF'S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Minister for Natural Resources, Labour, Immigration and Social Security, Honourable Vincent O. Wheatley (R9) said persons are abusing the work permit exemption policy and has warned of changes on the horizon.
Scholarship Programme Policy to be revised – Dr the Hon Wheatley
DUFF'S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) said due to the pockets of ambiguity noted in the current Virgin Islands Scholarship Programme, plans are underway to have it revised.
