VI mourns death of education stalwart Elroy A. Turnbull
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Many in the Virgin Islands (VI) have been saddened at the passing of education stalwart and son of the soil Mr Elroy A. Turnbull, who died on August 22, 2024, at the age of 73.
