Alleged human smuggler Danny E. Dennevil to remain in federal custody
FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI- Tortola resident and Belonger Danny Dennevil, 34, was ordered to remain in federal custody pending trial on charges related to a human smuggling operation, when he appeared before United States Attorney Delia L. Smith on October 1, 2024.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Stating that if he is granted bail, it would lead to an erosion in public confidence in the justice system, High Court Judge Richard G. Floyd has denied the bail application for 31-year-old Danny Dennevil.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The two men arrested by police on August 11, 2020, for allegedly entering the Territory illegally have since been placed before the Magistrate’s Court and granted bail.
