Tortola man is first to be ticketed $10K for breach of quarantine
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI– One man received a ticket for $10,000 today, August 26, 2021, from officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) for breach of quarantine after he was found in violation of a mandatory order to remain at home until September 2, 2021.
