Gov't leaking reservoirs contribute greatly to water loss

New state-of-the-art water reservoirs to be installed @ Carrot Bay & Zion Hill
ZION HILL, Tortola, VI- The water woes long endured by residents in the First District will soon come to an end with the installation of state-of-the-art reservoirs at Zion Hill and Carrot Bay, on the western end of Tortola.
