Tropical disturbance to cause unstable VI weather

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Virgin Islands Department of Disaster Management (DDM) is reporting that a nearby Tropical Disturbance AL93 also known as Disturbance 1, is expected to cause unstable conditions across the VI over much of the next 24 hours.
