HUNTUMS GHUT, Tortola, VI- The queen of hate speech in the Virgin Islands (VI), Rosemary L. Rosan aka ‘Cindy’, who many associate with the ‘Mika Barry’ platform that spreads hate, fabrication, fake news and places residents' lives and livelihood in danger, was at it again. She has recently denied being a part of the platform that is filled with malice.

Persons trying to rewrite history over Biwater deal – Willock
