No Boxing Day horse races this year- Lesmore Smith
FISH BAY, Tortola, VI- As there seems to be no resolution in sight to the impasse between the Government of the Virgin Islands (VI) and the Thomas family that owns a portion of land that accommodates Ellis Thomas Downs at Sea Cows Bay, there will be no Boxing Day horse races this year.

SEA COW’S BAY, Tortola, VI - With the successful return of Horse Races to the Virgin Islands (VI) after an 18 month hiatus, President of the BVI Horse Racing Association, Mr Lesmore Smith said they didn’t have to be dependent on Government to make it happen.
