Fahie (R1), had initially opposed the Bill ‘Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency Act 2018’ but then voted ‘yes’ to the bill following amendments, many wondered why Opposition Member and Third District Representative Hon Julian Fraser RA held his initial position and voted ‘no’.
