’54Strong’ raises $$ for VI charities @ Miami Marathon
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – “The pride in finishing a marathon is much greater than all the pain endured during the marathon,” according to American writer and runner Hal Higdon. Running to raise money for a good cause also helps to get runners across the line in the 26-mile race, as would have been the case for a number of road runners from the Virgin Islands (VI) who participated in the Miami Marathon on January 28, 2018.
