VG United & Sugar Boys players banned; points deducted after mass brawl
VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- Sugar Boys and VG United lost their respective appeals, in a judgement handed down by the BVI Football Association (BVIFA) Disciplinary Committee, as several players will receive sanctions of up to seven games and three points deducted from both Sugar Boys and VG United respectively, following a December 3, 2023, mass confrontation that prematurely ended the game played on Virgin Gorda.
Public making a number of complaints against lawyers- BVI Bar Association
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Although not specifying what were the nature of some of the complaints, re-elected President of the BVI Bar Association Ms Jacqueline Daley-Aspinall has lamented the number of complaints received by her from members of the public with respect to members of the legal profession.
