Homeless youths forced out by police from Purcell Community Centre

PURCELL ESTATE, Tortola, VI- Following the passage of hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017 the Purcell and Free Bottom communities were severely affected with many houses, some of them wooden, were flattened.
