SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI- Noting that no one can ever recall having an entire August Festivity canceled as was the case last year, and neither is there record of a single category 5 Hurricane, let alone two, Opposition Member Hon Julian Fraser RA (R3) has stated that he has shed tears, had sleepless nights and has even allowed himself to go hungry as he seeks to play his part in helping persons, especially in his constituency, recover following the devastating effects of the hurricanes in September 2017.
