UPDATE: Territory braves rain to send off prominent VI daughters
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI- As if pouring tears for the two fallen daughters of the soil, the heavens opened for rain yesterday, October 28, 2017; however, this did not deter residents of the Virgin Islands (VI) from coming out in large numbers to give their final respects to the late former First Lady Lillian Arosa Romney and Inez V. Turnbull MBE, two prominent daughters of the VI soil.
