FREDERIKSTED, ST Croix, USVI- The lack of adequate affordable housing is contributing to elevated levels of homelessness in the US Virgin Islands (USVI), keeping people in emergency shelters well over the allotted timeframe.
9 emergency shelters to be repaired with EU grant of 2M Euros
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Some nine emergency shelters across the territory have been identified for repairs to modern standards through funding by the European Union (EU) and technical oversight by the Pan American Health Organisation (PAHO).
