UPDATE: Police investigating circumstances in boating death
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Police are looking into the circumstances surrounding a boating incident which resulted in injuries to the boat captain and the death of the only passenger, Chaim Todman, 34, of Johnson Ghut, in Jost Van Dyke yesterday afternoon.
