Gov’t still negotiating Medicinal Marijuana Bill with Gov’s Office– Hon Wheatley
FAT HOG’S BAY, Tortola, VI– The Government is continuing to negotiate the assent of Medicinal Marijuana legislation with the Governor's Office, years after legislators passed the bill in the Virgin Islands House of Assembly (HoA). This is according to the Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon Vincent O. Wheatley (R9).
