USVI: Unsealed documents reveal Mon Ethos planted eavesdropping devices in gov't offices

ST. THOMAS, USVI- In one of the most perplexing incidents to impact the US Virgin Islands (USVI) government where over a dozen eavesdropping devices were planted throughout various government departments and agencies for reasons unknown, unsealed documents revealed that Mon Ethos was responsible.

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI- Federal Judge Ruth Miller on Wednesday October 5, 2016 issued an order releasing Wayne A. G. James, who was indicted on October 1, 2015 on two counts of wire fraud and one count of federal programme embezzlement and is facing multiple years imprisonment, to the custody of his sister Grete James Garcia, and her husband Kwame Garcia.

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — Arriving in the US Virgin Islands from New York Thursday afternoon, August 25, 2016 after being extradited from Italy to face fraud and embezzlement charges, disgraced former senator Wayne James appeared before US Magistrate Judge Ruth Miller for his advise-of-rights hearing.
