Hon Fahie wants additional day for Carrot Bay festivities
CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI- While there have reportedly been talks about eliminating festival activities in East End and even Carrot Bay so as to focus on one big celebration in Road Town and which would be cost effective, First District Representative Hon Andrew A. Fahie wants another day for the Carrot Bay Cultural Fiesta.
