Walwyn to deny Opposition Leader Hon Julian Fraser RA (R3) to speak at the opening of Virgin Islands (VI) Festival 2016 even though Hon Fraser was slated to speak, Opposition Member Hon Andrew A. Fahie (R1) said Government missed a golden opportunity to show how much the VI had matured as a people and as a territory in a manner that respects the freedom their ancestors fought for them to enjoy.
