PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, USA – The Virgin Islands quartet of Ashley N. Kelly, Tahesia G. Harrigan-Scott, Chantel E. Malone and Karene King finished a creditable sixth in the 4 x 100m at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday April 30, 2016.
