There is a price to pay for national safety and it is called VIGILANCE. There is also a price to pay for a lack of vigilance and it is called INCREASED INSECURITY and CRIME. The fight against crime is not only a police effort. It is a community effort. It takes both law enforcement, and a vigilant, active, and informed citizenry to defeat crime.
