Mentally ill woman caught on camera pulling hair of tourist
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The issue of mentally ill persons roaming the streets of the [British] Virgin Islands has come to the forefront, following an incident on March 23, 2022, when a female tourist was assaulted by a mentally ill woman on Waterfront Drive.
