USVI: VIPA Executive Director Carlton Dowe retires as federal charges emerge

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI- [US] Virgin Islands Port Authority Executive Director Carlton Dowe has retired from the authority effective April 10, 2026, bringing an end to a tenure that saw major movement on airport modernisation, marine infrastructure and other long-planned capital projects across the territory.
USVI: FAA lifts airspace restrictions

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, USVI- Flight operations across the U.S. Virgin Islands have resumed after the Federal Aviation Administration lifted the temporary airspace restrictions that were imposed on Saturday as a security precaution following U.S. military operations in Venezuela.
USVI signs 10-year agreement with Royal Caribbean
