USVI: FAA lifts airspace restrictions

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, USVI- Flight operations across the U.S. Virgin Islands have resumed after the Federal Aviation Administration lifted the temporary airspace restrictions that were imposed on Saturday as a security precaution following U.S. military operations in Venezuela.

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) has signed an agreement with the second largest cruise line in the world, Royal Caribbean, solidifying the business relationship between the two parties and bolstering the cruise industry in the territory for the next decade, a press release VIPA issued on December 22, 2015 makes known.
