Another case of injustice suffered by locals doing business in homeland

Another local project stopped while Gov’t breaks planning laws!
SLANEY, Tortola, VI- While the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) regime of Premier and Minister of Planning Dr The Honourable D. Orlando Smith continues to be accused by the media, Town and Country Planning (TCP) and civil society of recklessly breaking the laws with its disregard for the Planning Act, it appears also that undue pressure is being placed on many local developers to comply with the same Act.
